David B Samadi, MD, is an exceptional, board-certified urologist, offering care to patients from his office in Central Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Here, he and his friendly staff provide outstanding, world-class care to men with urological problems. He also works one day a week in Roslyn, New York, as Director of Men’s Health at St. Francis Hospital and Heart Center.

Dr. Samadi began his medical education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned a biochemistry degree. He continued his studies at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and earned his doctorate in medicine.

He completed a highly competitive urology training program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City’s Bronx borough for his residency and internship. He also studied proctology at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan.

Expert in Robotic Surgery

To further his education, Dr. Samadi completed a robotic radical prostatectomy fellowship at l’Hôpital Henri-Mondor in Créteil, France. He became passionate about developing robotic surgery techniques that improve patient outcomes.

He has completed over 10,000+ successful robotic prostate surgeries. His specialized Samadi-Modified Advanced Robotic Technique (SMART) is recognized globally.

Leadership & Media Expertise

Dr. Samadi is a proud member and former chairman of the American Urological Association Society of Urologic Oncology. His experience earned him a role on the Fox News Medical A-Team.
